On Christmas holidays many Umbrian towns offer concerts in their churches and theatres.
Starting from the 8th of December, Paciano hosts the “Soul Christmas 2009”- Umbria Gospel Festival in the Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta. This musical event will performed also in other Umbrian cities as Tuoro sul Trasimeno (25th December), Città della Pieve (26th December), Magione (27th December), Pietrafitta (28th December), Panicale (29th December), Passignano sul Trasimeno (30th December) and Castiglione del Lago (31st of December). 
The concert in Castiglione del Lago will take place in Piazza Mazzini starting from 11pm. Since 1.30am you can celebrate the New Year’s Day and toast to the people you are with going to the Darsena Bar Caffè for the Blues Super Session.
Castiglione del Lago also organizes other Christmas concerts. On 23rd of December 2009 the town offers the “Concerto di Natale - Scuola di Musica del Trasimeno” at 9pm in the Chiesa S.M. Maddalena.
On 20th December Castiglione del Lago and Castel Rigone (Passignano sul Trasimeno) host the “Concerto di Natale” of Schola Cantorum. The concert in Castiglione del Lago will take place in Chiesa S.M. Maddalena at 6.30pm. The one in Castel Rigone has to begin at 9pm in Santuario Maria SS dei Miracoli.
On the Epiphany Day, Città della Pieve offers a dedicated concert in the Teatro degli Avvaloranti. This musical event will start at 6.30pm on the 6th of January.
