Trasimeno Lake is the 4th among the biggest Italian lakes and everyday a lot of people visit it.

Many villages surround the lake territory, as Magione. Its castle, called Knigths Templar Castle, is one of the most beautiful Umbrian building, with its great towers, walls and the imposing Torre Quadrata.

The caste was built in XV century by Fieravante Fieravanti, it was renovated few years ago and today it is Cavalieri di Malta’s property. It’s possible to admire several valuable XV century’s wall paintings in it.
