For wine and food lovers the Umbria Grill offers the chance to enjoy high quality gastronomic meals all made with genuine local products. A superb outdoor facility, featuring a wide range of delightful restaurant activities, including parties and family dinner celebrations, as well as live music and performances.

The Grill is located on the grounds of TodiCastle Estate, with 250 acres of woods, fields and meadows, cropped and cultivated using organic growing methods. The TodiCastle Farm specializes in free range breeding of Umbrian animals, fed with seeds and fodder produced on the farm. Our farm features a large olive orchard producing a high quality olive oil obtained through the spremitura a freddo procedure (cold pressed olives).

Umbria Grill specializes in grill and barbecue as well as pizza and roasts baked in a Roman style wood oven. All the dishes served at the Umbria Grill are based on traditional recipes and are prepared with our extra virgin olive oil. The wines served are produced from the grapes of local vineyards and made according to traditional methods.

Umbria Grill welcomes children. A very special playground has been built to reproduce the feel of a medieval village. The area is surrounded by a park, where rare trees and plant specimens grow. A few footpaths lead to a beautiful canyon, undermined and eroded by the streams. Archaeological ruins may be visited on the top of the hill.

Mountain bikes are available for excursions.
