We think Umbria has the best olive oil of Italy. During the months of October and November, we invite you to come with us to the local oil mill, to press our olives.
On the grounds of Todi Castle Estate there are almost 400 wonderful olive trees.
It is a big community party, and we have a lot of fun at the pressing when our new olive oil is being made.  The owner of the mill offers wine and some food to add to the festivities while the olives are being pressed.
After that, we will enjoy the result of our work with fresh truffles, bruschettas, and a big lunch in the sunshine of Autumn.
