A large panoramic part of the TodiCastle Estate has been developed in the last five years and some of the land, buildings and Villas that have been realized are now on the market for sale.

The Estate development consisted in the construction of:

- A road through the property
- The Umbria Grill
- Villa Cipresso
- Villa Rotella
- The fencing of large areas of the Estate

In some other areas of the Estate, there are building permissions that would allow the construction of other Villas. A further development of the Estate could be the construction of some new roads that would connect the Villas to the local roads.

The management of the TodiCastle Estate will offer to the new owners the following services:

1) assistance in all the issues related to purchase, municipal government and local regulations,
coordination and supervision of construction (when needed), insurance coverage, tax abatements.

2) maintenance of the property:

• exteriors : landscaping, swimming pools
• interiors : cleaning, laundry services, reparations

3) renting of the Villa: weekly based rentals to high end and established TodiCastle clientele. All amenities and related services provided by TodiCastle Concierge.

These services will be provided by a certified and experienced professional management team.
References are available upon request. We can guarantee that the entire project and experience
will be hassle free. By renting the house when not used, the maintenance of the property will
involve no cost and, depending on the length of the rental periods, also give an income.
