Originally an olive oil mill, used for centuries by the local community, Villa Cipresso is now fully restored and transformed into a comfortable and welcoming accommodation. At the top of a winding drive, overlooking the  Umbrian countryside, the location of Villa Cipresso allows a combination of leisurely local touring with pure relaxation.

The view over olive groves, oak woods and distant villages allows you to feel that the world is as it should be and you are on top of it. Restored in golden local stone, the Villa retains the feel of its Umbrian country heritage, yet offers every comfort a modern guest might wish for.

The house is light and spacious with an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area. Great attention has been paid to materials and furnishings; beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, kitchen and bathroom fittings and country antiques all find an easy harmony.

The property has a covered terrace with table for al fresco dining and a BBQ.You will want to to gather poolside for an evening meal with a view of the artistic sunset.
