Olive Oil

We think Umbria has the best olive oil in Italy. On the grounds of TodiCastle Estate there are more than 400 olive trees. During October and November, we invite you to come with us to the local oil mill when we  press our olives.

It's a big community party, and we have a lot of fun at the pressing when our olives are turned into oil. The owner of the mill offers wine and some food to add to the festivities while the olives are being pressed.

Later, at the Estate, we will enjoy the result of the pressing with fresh truffles, bruschettas, and a big lunch in the Autumn sunshine.
